Vendor Information

The Dan Rice Days Opening Ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, August 4th at 6:00 PM. Vendors are encouraged to set-up Thursday morning, so that you can participate in the opening festivities, however the craft show does not officially begin until 10:00 a.m Firday, August 5th. Hours are 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. both Friday and Saturday, with tear down permitted on Saturday Evening or Sunday Morning.

Spaces are limited, and are reserved upon receipt of full payment on a first come/first served basis. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, enclosures, tables, chairs, etc.

Prime booth space is available at the following rates

  • Crafters - 10ft. x 10ft. space for $55.00
  • Non-Profit Organization - 12ft. x 12ft. space for $55.00
  • For-Profit Organization - 12ft. x 12ft. space for $75.00
  • Trailers (Parked on Street) - $195.00
