2023 Vendor Information
The Dan Rice Days Opening Ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, August 3rd at 5:00 PM. Vendors are encouraged to set-up Thursday morning. Hours are 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. on Thursday and 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. both Friday and Saturday. Tear down is permitted on Saturday Evening after 10:00 p.m. or anytime Sunday.
Spaces are limited, and are reserved upon receipt of full payment on a first come/first served basis. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, enclosures, tables, chairs, etc.
Prime booth space is available at the following rates:
- Artisans/Crafters - 12ft. x 12ft. space for $80.00
- Non-Profit Organization - 12ft. x 12ft. space for $75.00
- For-Profit Organization - 12ft. x 12ft. space for $95.00
- Trailers (Parked on Street) - $215.00

As of 2018!!!
All food vendors must have a temporary food license issued from the Erie County Department of Health in order to sell at Dan Rice Days. The cost of the temporary license is $80 per establishment and a copy of this license must accompany your application and fee.
