2026 Vendor Information
Dan Rice Days 2026 will be Thursday, July 30th, Friday, July 31 and Saturday August 1st. Opening ceremonies will be on Thursday evening. Vendors and crafters are invited to set up on Thursday morning and be part of the opening ceremonies. Scheduled are numerous events on Friday and Saturday including a parade, 5-K Run, nightly bands, historical events and sporting events.
Prime booth space is available for the following rates:
Artisans/Crafters (Southside of Park): $90.00
Non-profit Organizations – Limited to 12 x 12 space: $85.00
Profit Organizations – Limited to 12 x 12 space: $105.00
Trailers (parking on the street): $225.00
Included in your booth fee is the cost for restroom facilities, entertainment, tents, and tables for eating, and garbage disposal. The craft show will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. Crafters and Vendors are welcome to open by noon on Thursday with the opening ceremonies beginning at 6:00 p.m. On Friday main stage events will begin at 5:00 p.m.
Vendors and crafters may set up starting Wednesday, July 29th after 5:00 p.m. The health department will be at Dan Rice Days on Thursday July 30th to inspect all food vendor type booths. All food vendors need to pre-register with the health department if applying for a temporary license.
Spaces are limited and are reserved upon receipt of payment in full on a first come first serve basis. We hope to see you at the 2026 Dan Rice Days!
