2024 Vendor Information
Dan Rice Days 2024 will be Thursday, August 1st through Saturday, August 3rd. Opening ceremonies take place Thursday evening. Vendors and crafters are invited to set up on Thursday morning and be part of the opening ceremonies.
Scheduled are numerous events on Friday and Saturday including a parade, 5-K run, nightly bands, historical events, and sporting events.
Spaces are limited and are reserved upon receipt of full payment on a first come/first served basis. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, enclosures, tables, chairs, etc.
Prime booth space is available for the following rates:
Artisans/crafters (southside of park): $85.00
Non-profit organizations: 12 ft. x 12 ft. space for $80.00
For-profit organization: 12 ft. x 12 ft. space for $100.00
Trailers (parking on the street): $220.00

2024 Crafter/Food Vendor/Non-Profit/Business Contract
As of 2018, all food vendors must have a temporary food license issued from the Erie County Department of Health in order to sell at Dan Rice Days. The cost of the temporary license is $80.00 per establishment and a copy of this license must accompany your application and fee.
